Vermont Lazerwash

You definitely get what you pay for here. It's also worth getting the subscription for unlimited washes. This is the best automatic car wash in the area.

I went into their car wash as I have many times before only to come out with a broken mirror and to be accused of gluing my mirror on and told they aren’t at fault even after a collision mechanic gave me a $300 estimate and firmly stated that the mirror was broken off and never was glued. This is a horrible company that takes zero accountability for their aggressive brushes

This place is awful. The wash is not good for what you pay and they are always so busy, you can never pull in for a wash. I always end up having to drive around in circles to try and get in line for a wash. For the same price, I can get a much better wash at Splash in Williston, which is the same distance from Waterbury as this one and they are the same price. It's a shame there are no better options in the Capital

Pretty disappointed with the undercarriage wash. It was the whole reason I went to the car wash and payed for a subscription that might just be a one time use. I planned on doing some body work and wanted all the winter salt and mud free from the vehicle. I couldn't feel any water being sprayed under the vehicle like other car washes I've been to. I looked under it and didn't appear to have been washed, still covered with sand that should have come off easily. I called and was told the undercarriage wash only does the center of the vehicle. Looked under again and maybe it washed the middle but it definitely had little to no pressure behind it. I could have spent 5 minutes with a garden hose and done a better job. Definitely would like a refund and cancel my subscription. What an absolute joke.

Update April 2025: Yes, I'm still bringing my car in every week for a wash, wax and all the other stuff they spray on my car. The people here always have a kind smile. Update March 2024: The guys who run this are really kind and attentive. I'm so fortunate to be able to have a clean car all month! I love bringing my car to Vermont Lazerwash! I pay about $25 a month to wash my car as often as I want. Once, when a willow tree dropped sticky stuff onto my car they let me run through 3 times in a row while they tried their best to get it all off.
